I was lucky enough to be assigned Brian as a public defender, as I know this is not typically his role, but something he does out of pure kindness and morals. Unfortunately, I've used more than a handful of attorneys over my career, the majority paid attorneys, and the support and help I got from Brian was second to none. I would feel absolutely confident using Brian's services for any case, and would look to Davis law for any legal needs in the state of Nebraska in the future (hoping that won't happen, but if it does, he's my guy).
