Phillip Vargo with Davis & Davis was wonderful to work with. He gladly took care of my traffic ticket and worked diligently to make sure everything was handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I was represented by Phillip Vargo at the Stanly County office. Unlike most lawyers Mr Vargo talked to me every week about my case and laid out every possible defense and the risks involved. Most lawyers barely talk to you until right before court or the day of. My case was more complex than the average one but he got the absolute best possible outcome possible. I had the pleasure of working with Phillip Vargo regarding a child custody case. Phillip took time to listen to the Father and this Grandmother to understand what had transpired and what we were asking for and why. He listened, he did not rush us, he did not judge and he showed compassion not only to us but also the Mother of the child which was necessary in this situation. He was able to resolve it all in the Father's favor without it going in front of the judge although we were at the courthouse that day to do so.
