I am actually about to recommend David’s office. I use them for all my real estate and landlord needs and they have been excellent. Have been using them about 5 years now. Unlike a lot of attorney offices they actually get back to you and the paralegals there get it done too.

The epitome of professionalism. Mr.Roy responds promptly to any form of contact, usually personally. His office staff is equally responsive and thorough in their expertise and work. Very fair billing. Will use again for any real estate matter.

I would have to say I have dealt with many lawyer's firms in my time. I would not recommend David R. Roy for anything. He is by far the most inconsiderate lawyer that i have ever met and his wife is on another level of rude. If you are not making them money you are making them angry. Watch out for this offices poor customer service and attitude if you have any questions while you are unfortunately having to deal with there staff and firm, well good luck.
