I've retained the services of David Maxwell twice for two different legal matters. Once in 2005 and again this year. Both times I received excellent service. Mr. Maxwell and Mrs. Jankowski (his paralegal) are very knowledgeable and thorough. My experience with Maxwell Attorney at Law was a horrible experience. He charged me a retaining fee of 1,000$ and then asked me to pay an additional 1,000$ before he types up a proposal and sending it to my ex-wifge's lawyer. Once I did that two years ago, nothing has been resolved. He pretty much got his money and ran. Til today, nothing has ever been resolved.
