David was a good affordable lawyer. I was in the middle of making payments on my divorce when he passed. So I called up there to see where we went from there and his secretary told me basically that I was SOL. Yes. They charged me several hundred dollars to type up papers and refused to give me a refund when he passed, and had no other lawyer to pass on my case to. So, nothing bad to say about Mr. Taylor, God rest his soul, but his staff are unethical and I was wronged.

After we hired Mr. Taylor he didnt seem to be very worried how our case went. Then when we got tired of a divorce taking over 6 months no closer than we were from the beginning, the wife taking all of the personal property because we were told by Mr. Taylor we couldnt be on the property, and half the fees paid up front later..he pulled out of our case and told us to find new council and refunded us half of our money!

Hired Mr Taylor for custody battle in court with ex wife. My ex signed her rights over mid year, the following January she took me to court to get her rights back. Should have been easy to uphold previous signing of her rights over as she admitted to being on several hard drugs in court. But Mr Taylor sat there quietly as my ex’s public defender ran circles around him and won my ex her rights back. Will NEVER use him again and will NEVER recommend him to anyone! Think twice before considering, as I stated I won’t be considering him again and will seek counsel elsewhere when the time comes.

I had paid $500 on the $750 Mr. Taylor was charging for my divorce. He passed away & I can't find who took his cases over now. He was a good man, it's not right to lose my money though.

David Taylor is very knowledgeable and you can tell hes actully there to help you anyway he can. He makes a what would be a very stressful time in your life alot more smooth.
