David M. Frees III

David Frees is an amazing attorney. He guided my wife and I through our estate planning. He offered multiple options and gave us his best thinking given our situation. He also talked through potential life changes and how that will affect us in the future. We will use David for all of our future needs. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to write one on behalf of David Frees. David and his team are excellent. Dave is both a first class strategist and an excellent study. His team learns quickly when tax law changes and makes sure that the client is front and center in the decision process. Their vast experience was instrumental in making our planning more efficient when we had serious changes in our personal lives. All of this is billed at fair and reasonable prices, in my opinion.

David did an excellent job in creating our estate plan. I have used four different estate attorneys over the years. I have not been happy with the first three because they could not clearly articulate what was happening in the plan. David was excellent at explaining the options and providing guidance.
