The closing process was smooth and painless. I highly recommend David L. Huguenin's office for closing or updating deed information. The attorneys that work in his firm are representative of the integrity of the man himself. Straight forward, efficient and compassionate.

David and his excellent team of attorneys perform real estate closings as well as a host of other legal services. They are top notch in professional service. The office atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The administrative and supporting staff there are always courteous and helpful when my real estate clients have questions or concerns. I like how they make everyone who walks in the door feel important.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN. David Huguenin's office failed to make final call to Columbia County tax office to determine fine for breaking a land covenant which gave us a tax break because we owned goats. (Columbia County tax office has confirmed this). Now, I am responsible for the mistake of David Huguenin's staff. A week after closing, Columbia County sent the bill stating the fine and Hueguenin says it's mine to pay because I signed a paper at closing saying I would pay any bills that came in after closing. In other words a paper that covers his mistakes. NORMALLY, if something is not on the table at the closing it is not part of the deal...but I signed away my rights and now I am responsible for the mistake of his office.

David is as sincere as they come. His knowledge and care for his clients never fails to show. Top notch.

I recently sold a home and this office absolutely amazing! They were prompt, responsive and helpful through the entire process. They were very careful with all of the paperwork and meticulous with security to prevent fraud. Highly recommend!
