I recently utilized David J. Franks Law for the creation of my estate plan and could not be more satisfied with the excellent service I received. David spent ample time with me explaining the pros and cons of wills vs. trusts and carefully guided me through the estate planning process. He and his excellent team clearly prioritize building rapport and lasting relationships with their clients. While the creation of an estate plan that includes a trust(s) can be rather costly compared to the cost of creating a simple will, I am very pleased with the results and feel the costs incurred were quite reasonable.
