One of the worst lawyers around. My ex got Grimes’ secretary pregnant during my trial and they hid the information from EVERYONE, including the guardian ad litem, judge, me, etc. The secretary came forward and informed me that she was due in days to have her baby & that Grimes and my ex conspired to keep it quiet so as not to effect his custody with the GAL the entire time. Grimes told her multiple times and his client that he should probably drop him as it posed a conflict of interest and still represents him to this day. Something is not right as I filed motions for the case to be reopened with this new evidence and other evidence and both the magistrate and the judge denied those motions with concrete evidence from the secretary herself and a new baby. Small town shadiness. Pathetic.

Wouldn't go to him if you need something done immediately. They don't return calls or keep you up to date!

David Grimes is friendly, honest and great guy, I enjoyed meeting, talking, and doing business with him.

Never returns phone calls...not good. Takes your money and never follows up!
