I met Attorney David Shepard because my Aunt’s conservator had and still is not doing her job as conservator of person and conservator of finances at the time we first spoke. Dave took over as conservator of finances. Things are slowly coming together. Hopefully he will be my aunt’s conservator of person soon. What I liked about him when we first spoke on the phone was that he was straight to the point. You always know where you stand with him. He truly cares about my Aunt and her wellbeing and goes above and beyond. However the conservator of person has not made it easy for him to do his job.
