My seemingly easy closing on my home had a few things pop up (long illness, timing of work done on the home, speed in which the closing needed to be done). I sold my house by owner, which I had not intended to do, so after the buyer and I had verbally agreed to a sale price, I knew I needed to get a professional involve. I called the office and spoke to Erin -- Erin is friendly and helpful and the firm is lucky to have her. Erin scheduled an appointment for me with Terry. Terry prepared the contract and deed and dealt with the buyer's attorney on some issues. Overall, a great experience and with Indiana's real estate market as hot as it is, I highly recommend any home seller try to save the real estate commission (the legal fees were much lower than commission would have been) and sell yourself!!
