I was recently engaged the service of Atty David Zipfel & Associates, LLC to handle a long and complicated automobile acute accident injury claim. Atty Zipfel & Associates worked with patience and determination for over 2 years to achieve a very satisfactory outcome. At this same time, he and his staff was friendly and caring, which greatly reduced the stress of the process. I highly recommend David and his staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Communication was poor, and I was given information that later turned out not to be accurate. I felt misled about how my case was being handled and how the settlement was explained to me. After everything was finalized, I was left with serious concerns about the money invalved and whether everything was properly disclosed. When I asked questions, I did not receive clear or honest answers, which only added to my frustration. In my opinion, transparency and trust are critical when dealing with something as serious as a car accident case, and I did not feel I received that here.
