This man doesn’t even deserve one star. I had to type MY OWN motions and deliver them to his office for him to sign. I asked for things to be done FOR WEEKS. ZERO. He makes promises and is full of hot air and never delivers. My question is, when ARE you in the office, David? If you ask me, this is nothing more than legal theft! Stole 4,800 bucks and did ZERO with it. Then wants paid again! He showed up to court with zero documents unprepared and reeking of cigarettes 30 seconds before court started. I should’ve known then! Thank God I was up til 1am preparing for the case. Happy to be represented now by ADEQUATE counsel.

I would not ever recommend using this lawyer. We were fighting a custody battle and David did not appeal the initial hearing nor speak up to the judge when the judge gave no valid reason. We did not receive a hearing in an exparte order ever and should have within 3 days. We had the right to appeal the decision in the hearing we had in July within 30 days to fight the crappy parenting plan signed by a judge on behalf of a drug addict father. We should have had multiple documents subpoenad that were not. We had an opportunity to do an emergency y order against the father and he did not follow through. He never returns calls and his assistant was always he out of the office. He got caught lying to us multiple times including being asked by the apposing attorney why we did not put in an orde
