Used Luther Starling and his assistant, Janet Herring, for a real estate deal. No problems at all. Janet was exceptionally responsive and I would highly recommend working with her.

If you are looking for satisfaction and quick response then you don't want Mr. Starling as your attorney. They have been working on my mother's probate for overtwo years and still don't know anymore about the closure than we did when he started the case. The property has been sold months ago and they still haven't closed the case. When you call them they will tell you that they are not in and you can leave a message but you never get a call back. The property has been sold TWICE and the money hasn't been paid to the heirs yet ,They didn't even know it was sold the first time until I told them. Be aware of this firm....poor service.

Janet Herring at this office has been incredible! She goes over and above to make things happen! She definitely makes legal processes less stressful. All while while exhibiting professionalism and has a great attention to detail. What a pleasure!

My husband and I have had the worst experience with an attorney in this firm. Janet Herring the legal assistant had us running back and forth. She scheduled an appointment for a closing just to tell us she wasn't going to do the closing on that day. She could have given us a phone call, then she needed paper work from us that could have been discussed on the phone. Then when we got the paperwork and called her for an appointment to do the closing; we asked for any day except Monday and Wednesday well guess what she scheduled the appointment on Monday causing me to miss hours at work. So, we make the closing appt. assuming all is well. She told us we would get the check Friday and that she was going on vacation she assured us we would definitely get the check on Friday even if she had to le
