Four co-workers and myself retained Ben (Dash) recently to help us review and negotiate a partnership agreement with our current employer. We got the result we wanted, but their entire office is an absolute mess. Whoever writes their lawsuits has very poor attention to detail. Names and addresses were misspelled and/or plain wrong. It was crazy to me that after a $5000 retainer, I had to correct silly spelling mistakes made by a trained (and supposedly experienced) lawyer. By the way, me fixing the lawyer's mistakes still count toward their billable hours. Calls were often unreturned for days. After our final invoice, we were told that we owe more money, and that the mistake was on their part. Satisfied with result, less than satisfied with the professionalism of this office. 2/10, would not recommend.
