Margaret is a great resource for legal support in a real estate transaction. We had an initial early call with her after our house went on the market, during which she explained the steps and timeline of the selling process from a legal perspective. Once we had accepted an offer, we met with her at her office, and she provided and explained the documents necessary for closing.
