If i could rate this place less than 1 I would. They lie. They say they are going to overnight checks, and whoops, no tracking number or record. They will not tell you the truth to cover their own mistakes and their abbility to communicate effectively with clients is non existant. They blame everything on the shipping company. 4 days later and i still do not have my check. The lying caused me to think it was lost in the mail causing severe panic attacks for days on end. If you get Susan on the phone, hang up immediately. Do not trust this place.

Honesty, integrity, hard working, and efficient Workflow best describe Attorney Darren Cranfill. The whole team is very responsive and detailed orientated. The practice does an amazing job catering to people's needs and helping them flourish. I highly recommend them to friends, family and business associates.

Very impolite, unprofessional and incompetent staff. I do NOT recommend them for RE closings. Name/address was incorrect, Payoff was not updated and all of which they refused to change saying the lender would refund my money. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars!!

Estate planning, Real Estate closings, Darren Cranfill should be your choice. He's knowledgable, concise and accurate . Not sure what other matters he might consider managing, but whatever your needs if he doesn't handle he'll most certainly point you in the right direction.
