She was our wedding officiant, she’s blessed us with helping with our real estate needs that were personal AND when we owned a real estate business, she handled all of our closings. The worst service we’ve ever had. All we needed was a property deed written up. We chose the Templeton Law Firm based on their great reviews, however, Darcy did not live up to the great reviews. She lacked communication skills and was very unprofessional. On several occasions, she caught an attitude over the phone when all we were trying to to was check on the process. She never once called us to tell us what she needed from us or to update us on how things were coming along. A week after we initially spoke, I called her to check on how things were going because I had not heard from her at all. Turns out she couldn’t read the picture I sent her of the survey plat.
