First I was working with an attorney at this firm. I called one day to speak with her to find out she was no longer at the firm. I wouldn’t have known about the change had I not called. Then today, there is Nothing like having a hearing only to find out the day of, that your counsel has dropped your case 20 days prior but didn't have the respect or professionalism to call or email to let one know. Only found out 2 minutes before my hearing I was no longer being represented. I wouldnt recommend this firm for any reason. Only putting a 1 star because it’s mandatory. I decided to go with Daniels Associates LLP for my Social Security Disability Application. I was linked up with Maria Vazquez and she was fantastic. Not only did she answer all 37 million questions I had, but she also made the process extremely smooth and easy for me to do with my disabilities. I got my SSD benefits on the first go around, which is rare from what I understand, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the staff and her professionalism. That's not even saying how much empathy and care she had for me personally, which made me feel like a human being and not just a number. Several years ago I was forced to turn to SS Disability, still very young but unable to continue a grueling work schedule. Had an initial meeting with a paralegal and they took the reins from there. Quite some time passed and received a letter for my hearing date. The attorney and I spoke by phone beforehand and I actually met her in person when I showed up for the hearing. All went smoothly, and she spoke confidently about the expectations and possibilities for the decision process and that I would likely know something within the next several weeks. Sure enough, the legal correspondence arrived by mail notifying me of approval. Several weeks later my check for back-pay arrived from Daniels Associates. Very rude. Uneducated law firm. 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. These people are rude and condescending. Don’t waist your time. There is coverage from my insurance and also reembuersement. The assumption that I could not pay for these services was ridiculous. Very unprofessional, shame on you Daniels Associates. This law firm is a joke.

They are very caring and personable. Tara is so understanding of how I felt and still feel. Daniels Associates take the time to get to know their clients. I'm extremely glad that I chose this firm. All of my doubts and worries are gone because of these lawyers.
