(No star) I reached out to this law firm hoping to schedule a free consultation to discuss legal services, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The man that answered the phone (Daniel) was extremely rude, impatient and dismissive from the moment the call begin. He spoke to me in a condescending tone. I felt like I was being judged as if I wasn't worth their time or couldn't afford their services - without even knowing anything about me or my situation. I understand that attorneys are busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially when someone is reaching out for help.
