Had Dan for a very serious list of charges, that was a case of wrong place wrong time. He is a verry wise man and recognized right away that was the case. Right off the bat, meeting him for the first time I could just tell he was an incredibly intelligent man and knew what he was talking about. He fought tooth and nail for me, and even went above and beyond what was required of him. He isn't just your typical lawyer who is just after monetary gain, he actually cares about the best interest of his clients. By far the most knowledgeable, and courteous and above all FAIR attorneys I have had the pleasure of retaining. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney, at a fair rate, who will represent them to the fullest extent. OH and can't forget, he's a super nice guy lol. 10

No preparations and horrible representation! Your effort was so lack luster Mr. D! No motions filed, no witnesses interviewed? You didn't say a word or call for 7 months yet a month from the court date you want to withdraw because you can't reach me? You didn't nothing for 7 months, you should fire yourself! Yet, you went on vacation twice to play with your sled dogs. I hope you take care of them better than your clients. Chances are probably not. I think it's time to retire. Yeah he's been around for a while and has lots of experience....don't waste your money!

Horrible would not recommend for anyone. Dan lost a custody battle. 10k for a trial and did not defend any accusations. He did not invest any amount of time in any discovery before trial. Claimed he didn't have time. Day of trial he was writing down information. Ill prepared. Beware. Do not trust!

Dan helped me get sole legal custody of my daughters in 2002. He is a pillar in the Irish community in MA. I highly recommend his services.
