In a world where it can be hard to trust people, he earned mine by helping me through that tough time and it worked out better then I hoped!

Over the past ten years I have referred Dan Simcoe to to both friends and numerous clients. If they are looking for trusted legal advice and straight-from-the-hip wise counsel, I know they will be well taken care of by Dan. Personally, he has handled a variety of matters for me and in each case, I have been grateful for, and impressed by his willingness to explain things to me that are way above my pay grade. Completely unprofessional and made a life changing mistake for my family and myself. He did not follow through with his due diligence. Very disappointed. Update: The response that Daniel has given is truly the most deceptive way of not owning his actions. I called this attorney’s office wanting to explain my situation which has some twists and to see if this was a case they could handle. I was told I need to pay $250.00 just to accomplish that that! At least a used car salesman offers a test drive.
