I experienced conduct and statements from Daniel that I believe were discriminatory and racially biased. His comments and treatment toward me were unprofessional and made me feel that I was not being represented fairly or respectfully. This behavior, combined with my concerns about his honesty and billing practices, raises serious questions about his ethical obligations as an attorney. I also have serious concerns regarding the handling of my legal fees. I do not believe the services provided matched the fees charged, and I question whether funds were handled appropriately.

I am filing this complaint against my attorney, Daniel, for misleading and unethical conduct. He misrepresented the law and pressured me into pleading guilty to crimes I did not commit. I was told I had no real defense and would face much harsher consequences if I did not accept the plea, which I now believe was inaccurate and manipulative. I did not feel fully informed of my rights or options.

Brittany was awesome. She totally went over and beyond. She didn’t wanna let up even when I wanted to take the easy road out. She never quit fighting for me. We definitely recommend her.
