My experience with this law firm was amazing. Every time that I have emailed the staff I have received a response, maybe not right away but within a day or two at the most. Lisa and Elizabeth were both very courteous and respectful in communicating with myself and/or my husband. Lisa always patient and ready with a detailed explanation. I would highly recommend this law firm as Ms. Fernandez legal ethics are beyond reproach and you could not ask for a better bunch of ladies to attend to you.

This attorney sends people "deed in Lieu" when collecting a payment. Do NoT SIGN IT. That means they will get your property. My mother" illegitimate Association sent a bill for past due amounts is $290, her attorney's fee are 767.01. Total 1,073. She wants the deed of the house!!! She never sent a request for payment. She wants the deed. How low attorneys may get? I am an attoeney myself. I will never do this. Be careful !! She wants your property !!! What a disgrace!

Horrible service, no communication, no help. I don't even know if this is a real person I've gone multiple times to her office and I have never met her.

I have never encountered a more unprofessional and downright unethical attorney than Dania S. Fernandez. She has been repeatedly trying to force families out of their homes through aggressive foreclosure tactics. She has blatantly ignored laws prohibiting abusive collection practices, including sending threatening letters, and using intimidation to try and coerce people into giving up their homes. She accuses people of owing HOA fees when, in fact, none are owed. Her office does not get back to you when you try to resolve the matter. This is beyond just bad legal practice – it’s exploitation at its worst. If you're looking for an attorney who actually upholds ethical standards and respects the law, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Nothing but great service is what I have experience in our real estate transactions from Dania and her staff. The closings went smoothly and had no issues. I assume the low ratings are based on people who were doing something against their condo laws since she represents associations...
