I called to get some general information and I spoke with Meredith Turnpin. She was very vague with her responses and accused me of not listening to her "because I didn't like the answers she was giving". The fact is that I wasn't understanding, or that she was just in a bad mood. Basically tried to make me feel bad for "calling to get free legal advice". I never had an experience with Mr. Damin Smith, but his partner isn't very professional. I hope that anyone who chooses to use this team gets ahold of someone other than her, because she is very unpleasant.

i called for general information and spoke to Kay Stevens she was very unprofessional, extremely rude, and used profanity. i called a few other places and not only was she hateful but gave me the wrong information! i would not recommend anyone seeking their help or advice! She should find a different career!
