There was absolutely no communication barely if I did talk to anyone I would talk to the two girls that was at his office that never communicated with him. He would constantly tell me that they never told him why I was sending things to a different email because they changed emails, but they didn’t tell me they changed emails. He would never give itemized slips of what he used my $9000 in cash for he then proceeded to belittle me. Make fun of me for crying on the phone to him then drop me when he realized that I refuse to give him any more money until he shows me where any money went. I was able to talk with a number of staff and attorneys in the Engler Law Firm. At all levels I found the Attorneys, office personal extremely good, actually excellent. I review a lot of different businesses and I am always candid, direct and pointed in my critique of them. I cannot tell you one point of contact that was not exceptional. From the top attorneys David Engler, Kevin Daley and Brandy and other office staff. I found them superior in communication, candor, solutions oriented, great listeners. And once a plan is made it is implemented, refined and carried out. Multiple means of communication are given: email, phone (multiple numbers), text and phone conversation. David is the absolute best! Very down to Earth and you can feel the compassion he has for his clients. He helped me through a difficult custody case, and I don’t feel as if anyone could have done it better. Brandi, Elyse and Jess are top notch too! Always accommodating, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would recommend.
