Thank you Mr, Noya for your competent representation for MTS. Not having to give a dime to a sick and disabled person that MTS refused to take responsibility for, I will. appeal this and make everyone in San Diego aware of the disgraceful way MTS treats its injured and disabled riders. I would have expected for you to do the right thing but you or MTS did not.
Experienced much over the years with Scott Noya. A partner in the firm. Real Estate matters. Knowledge, organization, and follow up is excellent.
Lawyers... So they're good. I guess. I can't say too much or I'll get sued? Kidding. Or am I?
