I am filing a grievance against Cynthia Locklear with the North Carolina Bar association in Raleigh for unethical practice because she submitted false documents to Brunswick County Court house September 2021. Cynthia and her client both needs to be held accountable for perjury.Cindy lies for her clients and covers up illegal activity they also do like not reporting all income earned to the state in their tax return and then helping them lie about it on the stand.
