I did not enjoy my experience with this law firm. I paid 6k for law representation for a custody case. I got one paid consultation first then I didn’t get to talk to Leslie again until mediation and I have not been able to reach them since. I didn’t really feel prepared, I felt railroaded into signing something that wasn’t optimal for me. I have had multiple questions and have sent multiple emails and left voice mails. They sent back one email that seemed dismissive and then I haven’t heard anything else . It’s not a money issue because I wasn’t asked to pay more money, just ignored and for someone who doesn’t know how to navigate the legal system it has left me feeling vulnerable like I need to just go to the courthouse on my own.
