Initially, this probably would have been a three star rating however after witnessing the absolute incompetence and lack of accountability it deserves the lowest rating possible. I arrive at my first appointment and wait about 10-15 minutes, no big deal. After signing all the paperwork, Scott realized he left his Notary stamp back in La Crosse. He tells me not to worry, that he will have it all taken care of by Friday and that I can stop by after I’m done with work to pick up the official notarized documents. Great, I put it in my calendar. I get there Friday and Kari the assistant has no clue what is going on. Scott was with another client so I’m waiting to figure out what the issue is. Very disappointed with experience in setting up a trust. It took longer than expected. They never followed through on transferring an out of state property into the trust. He was to get a local , licensed attorney in that state to do this, but after 18 months, I gave up on him and got it done myself. If I hadn't been monitoring the situation, there could have been a problem in the future. I must question their professionalism when a matter like this fails to get handled in a timely fashion.

Attorney Curtis is well versed in estate planning, Guardianship and business. He is very responsive to questions and patient with being asked lots of questions no matter the importance.
