I would not recommend for criminal defense or CPS cases Charlotte is the exact reason of why I don't trust the legal system. Guilty until proven innocent is her game people call her the plea Queen. I have mental health issues and it seemed like she hated me for that. In the CPS case she resigned because we started recording her because she couldn't keep her own stories straight then yelled at my wife for it and removed herself from the case. People like her are why the prison system is full. I would rather be dead than ever have her represent me again

She was raised to be a fighter and it shows when she is in action fighting for you in the court room. While she is a very popular, sought, after attorney, she will never make you feel like your case isn't important or just another case. Charlotte gave all my cases, all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in court. I appreciated working with someone that cared for me on a personal level instead of just handling me as a “case“. You send her an email and an hour tops she’s emailed you back. Days, nights and weekends this lady is at your beckon call. You won’t be disappointed In her.
