I hired this attorney, Brittany Arnold, to handle an estate matter while I was out of state. What began as a reassuring consultation turned into poor communication, unclear guidance, and charges for work I had asked not to be done. The process dragged on and ultimately required us to switch attorneys and redo parts of the case at additional time and expense. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
