Criminal Conflict And Civil Regional Counsel

I asked for a public defender in order to clear my name , I felt like your services were inadequate to be honest. I believe my representation failed to counsel me properly. If you continue to serve the public as so it will be a unfair disservice, I called ur office days in and out trying to get in contact , yet no one was able to pick up my calls Until a couple days prior to my court date. I was left in court with out a understanding of the court process , or the feeling that I'm being representative properly.

Benjamin Neglia was represented to appoint me! He didn’t do his job when he was in front of the judge. So I complained to his supervisor. As soon as he got the complaint, instead of making it right he decided to drop me as a client! Sorry you can’t man up and do what your paid for! Pathetic! Zero stars if I could!

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. Attorney handling this case of a disabled veteran who has documented mental health illness fails to properly prepare this veteran for her case. The attorney is very difficult to get in touch with,is always short with explaining the situation, not presenting medical reports to states Attorney in pending case . WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP HERE? Ms.Neymotin

Not only was it impossible to get through or get a call back, my case was passed around through multiple attorneys, no one bothered to help prepare for the trial, I was asked to pick and write up my own questions for witnesses, and my rights being violated was apparently not important or worth their time. They don't even properly provide court information until minutes before a court date.They allowed dcf to lie on stand more than once while knowing I was in possession of paperwork proving them wrong. Over all eve Greenberg and her associates were the most useless thing about my entire case. Would have done better with a chimp to represent me. At least the chimp wouldn't complain that their workload doesn't allow them adequate time for all of their cases.

No one answers the phone or responds to voicemail. I have questions and concerns.
