They lied to appeal judge or they were negligent in that they told the judge “even appellant says the roof was not completed”. They were talking about the wrong property! My letter discussed 2 properties - 3526 was completed, 3561 was not. Stupid or mean? I do not know but shows laziness & sloppiness on their part & maybe an intentional untrue statement to unfairly sway 1DCA appeal judge. So now On account of their ineptitude and negligence I lost my appeal and owe $65,085.53 when clearly by the evidence the Claim of Lien was filed outside the 90 days Statute of Limitations and I should not have a mechanics lien foreclosure that has exploded into $325,000. Shame on an appeals firm that believes their clients and not the facts of the case! Misrepresentation whether fraudulent or negligent d
