Extremely disappointing experience. My license was suspended indefinitely due to a fix-it ticket that was entered incorrectly. The officer input my date of birth wrong, which caused the system to classify me as a minor. For two years, I received no calls, emails, or mailed notices regarding this issue. Their explanation was that they cannot contact minors; however, even with the incorrect date of birth, I would have reached adulthood a year ago and should have been notified. When I questioned why I should be responsible for interest fees on a ticket I was never informed of, the representative became argumentative and ultimately hung up on me. SHAME SHAME on you for sending an unsolicited text message to my phone wanting to know if I wanted to consolidate my debits. First off I have no debits. Second I am on the Do Not Call list which also includes text messages so you have just broken a federal law. Your biggest mistake was putting your website in your text message. Thats how I knew it was you.

First of all I did have a debt of $15.00 from 2020. They tried twice to get in contact and them vanished until now?? What! Now they are charging a $5.00 interest fee because it has been so long. What kind of a Debt collectors are you to wait soooo long to contact me again.

They are rude. They started a garnishment because I could not pay them I am making just over $12 an hour and supporting 4 people on that income.which forced me to file a bankruptcy. This pissed them off because that have to refund a payment to me. When I called them last month about the refund. They said you will get your refund we just can't say when because you never paid us regularly/or at all a month later the "check must have got lost in the mail" when I had to have my lawyer contact them because when I called they refused to talk to me. I will be contacting the better business bureau this week.
