We bought our house in Rochester while living in Texas - Will and his office staff were extremely patient, kind, and understanding about everything. They walked us through anything we were unfamiliar with and helped us understand all the ins and outs of the process. At Closing he took the time to discuss everything patiently, and answered a ton of questions we had. After Closing he's stayed in touch and been more than helpful with everything. I'm grateful to have such a knowledgeable and kind real estate attorney, and we recommend him to everyone.

We've had a great experience working with both Crearys since purchasing our house a few years ago. Bill initially came recommended by our realtor and made the signing process painless whilst still making sure we understood the crucial bits of our purchasing contract. He also provided some us some advice that proved to be invaluable for handling a contractor on a major project that went awry. Bill's son Will has since taken over most of our work and has also been fantastic to work with. He's become my first call if I need a gut check on agreements as we continue to utilize the firm for property acquisitions and contract reviews.

Negative Zero stars. Highly not recommended! Run while you can! By far the worst experience with a law firm as buyers. This firm was recommended to us by our realtor (who is amazing) so we are disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism of this firm. The paralegal, Meghan, NEVER answers calls or emails. Every single part of our buying experience came from our realtor. Meghan nor the attorney would update us on anything, months after months of silence. She is unfit for this role and I highly doubt she even likes her job. To undermine clients as she does, it’s clear that she is incapable of performing her duties as a paralegal. The attorney is also responsible for her incompetence, no one within that firm is reliable.
