Crawford County Prosecuting Atty

Brought a check to them to get a loved one out of jail. Had to wait until the next day because no one in this office could be bothered to go cash it. Had to call them again the next day, they lied and said they were waiting on it to clear, (it was a cashier's check!) then I talked to someone else who said yeah they just didn't cash it.

These people are cruel! I've been looking over cases that involve attempted murder and the perpetrator has got to walk without prison time. I've also spoke to inmates who have committed assault crimes on people not once but multiple times, and yet they're released to do it again. I myself have been a victim of an assault crime and do not believe that the man responsible deserves prison time, but actual classes for anger and drug rehabilitation but instead they want to give him 2 years in prison. Sending someone away to prison instead of offering real rehabilitation is not ok. Basically if they don't like you, you're going to be made an example of! I got the runaround from the Sheriff's office to the clerk's office to the prosecuting attorney's office. There's no money in it for them so they don't care if people get by their exes. Defund and reform is what I say. I have no choice but to pay their salaries otherwise I wouldn't , because they don't work for me. Very disappointed in the direction Crawford county has went. I used to be proud to be from here now I'm ashamed I have been for a long time not just incident.

This office is packed with Karen's that are liars. They called the police on a man that wanted to film his experience with this office because they have a reputation in this office to be difficult and rude to the public. So they called the police and lied to them. One of the officers even came at the unarmed photographer with a shotgun because of the lies this office filed with the police. They arrested the photographer on false harassment charges because of this office and held him in jail for 24 hours until a judge saw what happened and dropped all the fake charges and released the man. This is a public office that receives government funding from the state and we the People have a right to film them in the course of their duties. You would expect that an attorney's office might have so

They dont care about anything or anyone. All they care about is money. Its like the people who are trying and doing the best they can keep getting punished over and over. They are rude and childish and not understanding at all. I was actually hung up on. Wouldnt even hear me out. Crawford county likes putting people in prison. They are not satisfied until they have u locked behind bars. Who wants to do better when they just keep pushing u right back down?
