Went to this place with a huge expectation and hope because of the reviews and everything went well until today. At first they told I had to write a letter explaining my situation so they can look at it and let me know if it’s something that they can help me with. These attorneys don’t care about you. They are just about the money. Mr. Craven knew there was a video of me and failed to do a discovery prior to trial. Get to trial and I’m faced to make a decision in five minutes that would affect my life. He provided poor advice and was not given all the information about the plea prior to taking his advice and was stuck paying thousands of dollars. My outcome would’ve been better had he done his job. I am very much a real person and wasa client. This is the truth about my experience. No sense in calling the office he didn’t care then so I’m sure he doesn’t care now!
