Good morning! I wanted to share my experience this morning, I called Mr. Crane regarding some of my brothers business because while he is away I am his power of attorney. Mr. Crane showed no professionalism. Pretty much told me to shut up and that he could not speak with me (which I completely understood) He sounded like he woke up in a bad mood. I attempted to explain to him that I’m an active duty Marine and do to my whereabouts and I’m unable to walk into the law firm with my power of attorney. He did not let me speak and did not give 2 cents about what was coming out of my mouth. I wanted to know what else could I do or provide him with. The attitude and tone this man gave me was uncalled for and then he hung on me. I was nothing but kind and most importantly professional. I do not app
