We love Val. She always treats us with respect and makes us feel like friends more than like clients. Her secretary Sara always has a smile and and they have done great work for all of our needs.

We met with Valerie and during her consult she was very detailed and knowledgeable and courteous. She has a higher hourly rate than we wanted to work with, but if that wasn't the issue we would definitely use her!

Valerie Cramer is my real estate attorney even though we have never met in person. She has handled several real estate matters for our church and myself all thru email communications sending documents back and forth. She always responds to my inquiries via email and has done a excellent job advocating our my behalf. I would definitely recommend her firm.

Horrible receptionist or person not helpful and continuously interrupted while I tried to explain the situation. She refused to focus on the reason for my call and lacks communication and soft skills which are critical especially when clients are coming to this office for help in the situation. The receptionist was hostile and only made my situation feel worse than what it already is. I’ve rented from my landlord since august of 2020 with the option to buy. I can’t buy the house in the end, and my landlord has retaliated against me and I came to this office for help and I was treated like a criminal.

Daniel was very awesome! Got my fine reduced and it won’t be on my driving record, so he’s a win for me! Thank you!
