Love these folks! They handled the closing in 2023 for the cabin that my wife and I purchased in Cherokee County. It was a smooth and pleasurable experience. After my wife passed away in late-2024, Cowan & Cowan was the logical choice for me when it came time to have the deed changed to remove my late wife's name and to add another family member. As with the original closing, everything went off without a hitch. I dealt with Mr "Mac" Cowan who is just a wonderful gentleman. He kept me informed, processed everything within a day, and had the updated deed recorded and mailed to me, all within a week's time. And their fees are more than reasonable, also. What a wonderful group of people to do business with!
