Costello Law Office

My experience with this law office has been excellent, we called wanting a modification of custody agreement and he was busy on a trial in a criminal case but made an appointment and we came in around 8:30 p.m.. Not only did he answer questions but his staff (who is one girl) returned calls promptly. Extremely busy lawyer place and only one staff personnel! Mike got the best deal he could and for the person that is upset over $1500.00 fee, i called other attorneys and you can't find an attorney for that price so it sounds like you were the one ripping Costello off.

Michael Costello means well. He is an older attorney, at one time the top one in town. He hires some hard luck cases some with severe problems, and he will honestly try to help. That having been said he failed to show up for a critical court date and I ended up with my ex disappearing with my son for 6 years. I am not sure Mike was even aware that he missed the court date. Every time I saw him he had half a dozen medical bracelets on his wrist, once he needed a ride for reasons I'm not sure of. If you are desperate and have no where else to turn to MIke might be what you need. Some Judges are more tolerant of his ways than others. Just keep in mind that his help does carry some very severe and potential risks. Show up at all court dates just in case he doesn't make it.

I hired this attorney for a flat $1500 unless I win payed up what was asked then recieved a phone call stating If I didnt give them another $500 before my next court date that they are dropping me as a client when I explained to woman that called to tell me this I was met with hostility and then canceled on a day before my court date!!! Not worth the money at all!!!

Mr. Costello has been extraordinarily helpful. I highly recommend him. His knowledge and experience with the law is, frankly, nothing short of amazing. I am very grateful to have him on my side.
