I have been very patient with waiting for Davis to settle my case, which was an automobile accident. I have done everything that was asked of me. I paid my co payments and everything. He called me December 22, 2025 and told me that my case was settled from the other insurance and he was waiting on my personal insurance to pay. Around the first of January 2026 Davis said he had received the check from my insurance. Approximately two weeks later he said that he had negotiated with my medical insurance which they had paid over 10,000. 00 and all they wanted was 600.00 so I told him to pay those people, which is United Healthcare insurance. He was suppose to send me the paperwork to sign as of February 17, 2026. They’re still holding my settlement funds. Someone is profiting off the inte
