I Highly Not recommend this firm, Corrado & Martella PC. We hired them for our property tax appeal in Jersey City. They were incompetent. They did not catch that the record stated our house were 2 family when it's a single family, also they did not catch the large square footage listed, 1000 Sq. Ft. more than ours. We end up over paying by thousands & cannot do anything until next year to file another appeal. When we approached Mr. Corrado, he told us that the description on the record was a typo. Yes, a typo that cost us to pay tax for a 2 unit instead of 1. So be forewarned, they will not correct or accept their mistake and will waste your money & time.
