I’m genuinely upset with the lack of communication from this firm. This is my second time using them, and the issues are the same. The first time, they mishandled contacting the other party so badly that I ended up having to do it myself. Now I’m stuck at home with a brain injury and still can’t get anyone to respond. I’ve called for three days straight, left multiple voicemails, and sent messages through the app with almost no communication back. This is unacceptable for a law firm handling injury cases.
