Appointed 18b attorney did not provide case evaluation, meet with me, answer any questions, provide legal advise, or submit documents necessary for trial. Showed up to be retained and called approx. 17 hours before trial while I been homeless as a result of a previous attorney's misrepresentation. His dishonesty and incompetence for a clients personal time is an ethical constraint and code of ethics violation.
