Horrible Phone service the guy who answered the phone is a total idiot, Don’t waste your time with this firm they charge you to speak to them even though our case has already been filed and we just need a price to continue the case. What a joke

I am not from PA. But this firm is a firm you can count on! They are simple to work with. Get them what they need and they will get it done. They are very responsive and great at following up. Don't waist your time and effort On other firms in the area. Most of them don't call back and want easy jobs.

I had asked "Larry" for a simple opinion related to starting up a new corporate entity before hiring him to form the corporation or LLC. Business Law is listed as one of their specialties. My concerns involved trade secrets, which I only know enough about to ask some questions, not to answer them with any legal finesse. I was about to invest my life savings into a startup, and I just needed a few answers to questions regarding intellectual property I had inherited, as well as the trade secrets. After a week of hearing nothing, I wondered what was going on, because a lot was pending on this opinion. Things were in motion, but now everything was waiting on this. When we wrote to find out what was taking so long, he admitted he "had no idea" that there was a Pennsylvania Trade Secret statu

Called just to ask a question, was told that they wouldn't do consult over the phone. Explained that I only needed a question answered, for now. And tried to tell her the question, only to bre hung up on. Very rude. It's a shame that you don't want to help a person with less then 5 minutes of your time. If it turned out we'd need more help we would've come back, but hang up, can't even answer a question, no thanks.
