We were not told the full truth and context of the previous owner. We were told an old lady owned it and she fell into poor health. We move in and get raided by the police twice because the property apparently was the biggest drug den in the county. The lady that represented Copeland said the gentleman who built the home and owned it when we purchased had a "heart of gold" This guy with a heart of gold put new carpet over urine soaked pad mudded tile to plywood. So you get a bad review because of not disclosing the full context of the propertys history with drugs and crime. People unfortunately die from misunderstandings like these this could have been avoided if an honest person was there when we closed. Also the papers that we were given and needed to show the police were not signed.
