Refused to look at evidence, judged my case on hearsay. Furthermore during the conciliation against someone whom I have a PFA against the other side announced they believed they knew my address. I never gave anybody my address and they only knew that by breaking the PFA but instead of asking how they came to know that she insisted that i confirm it was correct. Her ruling was way more of a punishment for my child than protection. But how could she have made a good decision when she didn’t have any idea what the situation really was. Seems like her ruling goes to the highest payer.
