Did not use, spoke briefly to Atty, and based on real estate offer price discussed, the location of property, she knew was an average location, but selling prices are up, she made a statement, " I wouldn't nickel and dime it," well, dont investors and homeowners sell for a profit....that should never have been said. Probably a good Atty, but in life, you don't need to say everything you may think, especially if it may come across the wrong way, even Attys...
